Dashboard / Reports
The Dashboard / Reports page is the very first screen you see immediately after logging in. It provides detailed grievance activity varied by criteria. Each of these criteria and the data they display is enclosed in 'cards'.
Anatomy of a Card
Each card may detail the following:
- Data source
- Pie chart / Bar graph
- Legend with corresponding quantities/data/values
- Breakdown and total of Grievance status or the legend's values
Functions
Date Range Filter
The Dashboard / Reports page allows you to narrow down the displayed activity by choosing a date range.
Setting a “From” date and a “To” date will show activity that occurred only within that time frame.
Save as JPG
For various purposes, each report card can be downloaded as a JPEG image simply by clicking on the “Save as JPG” button.
