Grievances

Grievances filed by PAPs (Project-Affected Persons) and created by GRM officers are listed in this page. This allows you to do specific functions for managing grievances.

On the top left of the screen is the menu icon (sometimes termed as a “burger” or “bars” icon). This opens up the side menu, which displays the name of the user you're logged in with, and a “Log Out” link at the bottom that functions as the link implies.


The top field is the search bar, which lets you search the whole list of grievances by LGU, the PAP's name, the control number, or the ticket ID.

Below the search bar is the list of grievances. Clicking on any entry will let you view or edit the grievance.

At the bottom right of the screen is a round “plus” button, which lets you create a new grievance.

 

List Entry

A list entry displays the following:

  • Status - The grievance's status, e.g. “Closed”.
  • Control Number
  • Date created
  • LGU
  • Pap's name
  • Ticket ID
  • Helpdesk Officer



 

Entries listed

As a Project Admin, the listed entries will depend on the project your account is set to. Only grievance entries tagged under your project will be displayed here.

Additionally, you can only add, edit and delete grievance entries that are tagged under your project.
