Viewing a Grievance
As a Level 2 Officer, you cannot create or update grievances. You can only view the details for the grievance, download a generated summary, and use the Journal/IMT/EMT features to update the PAP and other officers assigned.
Generate a Summary
When viewing or editing an existing grievance, a “Generate Summary” button will be present. Clicking this will allow you to download a general summary of the grievance in a Microsoft Word document format.
