How to Get Access
The ability to navigate through the GRM Portal is limited by the role / access level of the logged-in user. As of March 4, 2021, all user credentials can only be created by the Superadmin account via the Users page.
Logging In
Once login credentials have been secured, simple enter the provided e-mail and password on the relevant fields, then click on “Sign In”.
Entering the correct credentials will take you to the Dashboard Reports page.
If the user you're logging in with is “Inactive”, you will be blocked from logging in.
Likewise, if the user you're logging in with is set to “Blocked” and the end date has not passed yet, you will be blocked from logging in.
Password Reset
In case you have forgotten the password, you can request for a password reset using the “Forgot Password” link. This opens a different panel where you may enter the e-mail address you use to log in.
If the e-mail you entered is correct and exists in the system, a password reset e-mail message will be sent to you. Enclosed in the message is a temporary password, which you may use to log in with.
It is highly recommended to change the password once you have successfully logged into the GRM Portal.
Alternatively, you could contact the superadmin and have him/her change the password for you via the Users page.
